These rules apply to all users of ReyStay — whether you are listing a property or searching for one. They exist to ensure a trustworthy, respectful, and high-quality experience for everyone on the platform.
Listing Standards
Every listing must reflect the true state of the property. Price, surface area, number of rooms, location, and amenities must all be accurate at the time of publication.
Photos must show the actual property. Stock images, renders of other projects, or images that misrepresent the property's condition are strictly prohibited. A minimum of two photos is required per listing.
You must be the owner of the property or hold a valid mandate from the owner. Listing a property without authorisation is a violation of Moroccan law and will result in immediate removal.
The same property may not be listed more than once at the same time. Duplicate listings will be removed and repeat violations may result in account suspension.
Listings for properties that are no longer available must be removed promptly. Keeping unavailable listings active to generate inquiries is not permitted.
The displayed price must be the actual asking price. Agency fees, if applicable, must be disclosed clearly in the listing description.
Community Conduct
All interactions between users — through the messaging system or otherwise — must remain professional and respectful. Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language of any kind will not be tolerated.
Using the platform's messaging system to send unsolicited promotions, referrals, or off-topic communications is prohibited.
Attempting to redirect users to competing platforms or to conduct transactions entirely off-platform in a way that circumvents ReyStay's services is not permitted.
Account Integrity
Each individual or business entity may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts used to artificially boost visibility or circumvent restrictions are prohibited.
You may not create an account or post listings impersonating another person, business, or entity.
Enforcement
Violations of these rules may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:
- Removal of the offending listing.
- A formal warning sent to your account.
- Temporary suspension of your account.
- Permanent termination of your account.
- Referral to relevant Moroccan authorities where required by law.
