1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReyStay platform — including our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReyStay. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
ReyStay is an online real estate marketplace that allows users to list, search, and inquire about properties for sale, rental, or short-term stay in Morocco. ReyStay acts solely as an intermediary connecting property owners and seekers; we are not a party to any transaction between users.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Moroccan law.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ReyStay immediately of any unauthorised use. ReyStay will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Listings and Content
Users who post listings ("Listers") represent and warrant that:
- They are the legal owner of the property or are duly authorised to advertise it.
- All information provided — including price, location, photos, and description — is accurate and not misleading.
- The listing does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The property complies with all applicable Moroccan regulations.
ReyStay reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion without notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, inaccurate, or fraudulent listings.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
- Use the messaging system for spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including the ReyStay name, logo, design, and software — is the exclusive property of ReyStay or its licensors and is protected under Moroccan and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
By uploading content (photos, text, etc.) to the Platform, you grant ReyStay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with the operation of the Platform.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReyStay makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy of listings, the suitability of properties, or the conduct of users. All property transactions are conducted independently between the parties involved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReyStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
